Event registrations and tickets
- Tickets, passes and registrations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Ticket sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- We may change event dates, venues, schedules or programs and will communicate material changes through official channels.
- Each order may use one secure, single-use QR code for the selected group. Do not share it publicly. The first valid scan controls admission.
- Motherland is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized ticket resales.
User-generated content
When you submit stories, images, videos or other content, you grant Motherland a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute and promote that content in connection with our services. You confirm that you have the required rights and that the content does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove or refuse content at our discretion.

Links to third-party websites, vendors and services are provided for convenience. Motherland is not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms. Dealings with third parties are between you and that third party.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
